Chicken breast 240 g
[A]
Oregano To taste
Semi-dry salted rice koji 1 tbsp

How to Make

1 Place the chicken breast in a food bag, sprinkle with [A], and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 day.
2 Remove from the food bag, add enough water to cover the chicken, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes, then close the lid and let cool, then cut into desired thickness.

Even a simple chicken ham gains an extra layer of savory depth thanks to the power of koji, making it taste as if it took much more effort to prepare.
