| Rice | 150 g |
| Onion | 80 g |
| Shimeji Mushrooms | 45 g |
| Ham | 50 g |
| Spinach | 45 g |
| Sliced Cheese | 30 g |
| Milk | 65 mL |
| White Sauce | 65 g |
| Natto Koji | 1 tbsp |
How to Make
| 1 Stir-fry vegetables and ham. |
| 2 Add milk and water to the white sauce and mix. |
| 3 Add a little water to natto koji to soften |
| 4 Place rice in a heat proof bowl, natto koji, stir-fried vegetables and ham on top, then top with white sauce and cheese. |
| 5 Bake at 180°C(356℉) for 10 minutes and ready! |
