Ingredients(2 servings)

Pasta 200 g
[A] Mince Meat 500 g
      Egg 1
      Basil 1 tbsp
      Miso Powder 1 tbsp
      Dried Herbs 1 tbsp
      Panko 1 tbsp
      Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Parmesan to taste
[B] Onion 1
      Carrot 1
      Tinned Tomatoes 1
      Dried Herbs 1/2 tbsp
      Miso Powder 1 tsp
      Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Pepper to taste

How to Make

1 Mix [A] and shape into meatballs.
2 Bake at 180 for 30 min, occasionally turning.
3 Fry onion and carrot, then add [B]. Simmer, then blend (optional).
4 Cook the pasta.
5 Combine the sauce, meatballs and pasta. Serve and enjoy!
