It’s International Hummus Day, and we’re wrapping it up with a bold, citrusy kick! This easy, spicy hummus wrap is the perfect vegetarian or vegan snack. Quick to make, even quicker to disappear.
What It Looks Like

🛒 Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or tortilla
- 3 tbsp creamy hummus
- Chopped veggies (e.g., cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, spinach)
- Cheese or vegan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp Red Yuzu Kosho Chilli Paste (or more to taste!)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Start with your favorite flatbread and a generous scoop of hummus.
2.Wash and slice your choice of fresh vegetables.
3.Spread the hummus evenly over the flatbread, then layer on the veggies.
4.Add a kick of flavor with a touch of our Red Yuzu Kosho Chili Paste.
5.Sprinkle with cheese, fold it into a wrap,and toast if desired for a warm, melty finish.
