The flavor is very light almost just like regular sencha. It has an ok green color not super green like other more expensive fukamushi sencha I have had. Flavor profile though light is good very little vegetal flavors, more umami it tastes good worth a buy, and for the cost it is well worth it. I'm going to continue to drink this tea and so should you if you are looking for a budge fukamushi.
This is the perfect sencha. Great flavor and arrives fresh. Not too grassy with great green tea notes
I wanted a dependable, flavorful Sencha green which was to be my everyday cup. This Fukamushi - deep-steamed green is perfect!
