Beef Stroganoff made with Koji Grain Miso

Ingredients (2 servings)

Thinly Sliced Beef 150 g
Onion 1
Canned Tomatoes 200 g
Clove of Garlic 1
Oil 1 tsp
A Pinch of Salt
Bay Leaf 1
[A]
A Pinch of Pepper
Nutmeg
Cloves
Bell Pepper Powder
[B]
Koji Grain Miso 2 tbsp
Tonkatsu Sauce 1 tbsp
Red Wine 80 mL

How to Make

1 Rub the beef with [A] to season it.
2 First fry the onions, then add the beef and garlic and fry further.
3 Sprinkle salt, add the tomatoes and bay leaf and stir fry.
4 Add [B] and simmer for about 5 minutes while crushing the tomatoes.
