Chicken Thigh 300 g

Koji Grain Miso 1 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Sake 1/2 tbsp
Mirin (Sweet Sake) 1/2 tbsp
A Pinch of Grated Ginger

How to Make

1 Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add [A] to a bowl and mix.
2 Put the chicken and [A] in a ziplock bag, mix well, and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
3 Cook over low to medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes, then flip over when browned.
4Cook the underside for 3 to 4 minutes to ensure it is cooked through.
