Carrot 1/2
Potatoes 2
Bacon 3 Slices
Frozen clams 150 g
Corn 40 g
Water 500 mL
Milk 500 mL
Butter 20g
Wheat Flour 2 tbsp
Koji Grain Miso 4 tbsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Parsley as needed
Salt as needed

How to Make

1 Fry the vegetables and bacon, add the butter and flour and fry further, then add water and simmer over low heat until soft.
2 Add clams and corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
3 Add milk and dissolve the miso, add salt to taste, and simmer without bringing to a boil.
