Umeboshi Furikake 2 tsp
Chicken breast 200 g

Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Pepper As needed

How to make

1 Place the cut chicken breast and [A] in a plastic food bag, rub together, and leave for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
2 Grill the chicken, and when it is golden brown, sprinkle on some pickled plums and grill a little longer.
* The mayonnaise makes it juicy. No cooking oil is needed.
