Lemon Miso Dipping Sauce

Ingredients (1 Lemon)

Juice of lemon 1
Zest of Lemon 1/2
Mirin(Sweet sake) 100 L
Koji Grain Miso 5 tbsp
Beet Sugar 2 tbsp

How to Make

1 Wash and peel the lemon, and finely chop the zest of half the lemon and squeeze the juice from one lemon.
2 Add mirin, miso, and beet sugar in a frying pan and stir well over medium heat to dissolve miso and prevent burning.
3 Add the lemon juice and chopped zest and stir over low heat until the lemon juice is incorporated.
