| Koji Grain Miso | 5 tbsp |
| Beet Sugar | 2 tbsp |
How to Make
| 1 Wash and peel the lemon, and finely chop the zest of half the lemon and squeeze the juice from one lemon. |
| 2 Add mirin, miso, and beet sugar in a frying pan and stir well over medium heat to dissolve miso and prevent burning. |
| 3 Add the lemon juice and chopped zest and stir over low heat until the lemon juice is incorporated. |
