Matcha Ganache Cookies

Ingredients(2 serving)

Matcha powder 20 g
Cake flour 170 g
Baking powder 2 g
Egg 1
Butter 60 g
Sugar 80 g
Black sugar syrup 20 g
*100g sugar is acceptable.
Ganache
Milk 30 ml
White chocolate or your favorite flavored chocolate 90 g

How to Make

1 Cream butter and sugar, then add the beaten egg inthree parts.
2 Mix in the sifted dry ingredients to form a dough, wrap, and chill for 20–30 minutes.
3 Shape into balls and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20–25 minutes.
4 Melt white chocolate and milk for the ganache,make small dents in the warm cookies, and fill with ganache after cooling slightly.
