Ingredients (18cm tart mold)

Frozen Pastry Sheets 2
Shimeji Mushrooms 50g
Onion 35g
[A]
Green Tea Furikake 1 tbsp
Milk 100 mL
Eggs 2
Grated Cheese 1 tbsp
Salt & Pepper As needed

How to Make

1 In a bowl, combine [A] and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
2 In a pan, stir-fry the shimeji mushrooms and onion until softened. Remove from heat, add [A], and mix well.
3 Place the pastry sheet in a mold and prick the bottom several times with a fork.
4 Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes.
