Ingredients (3 servings)

Potatoes 150 g
Broccoli 150 g
Chicken Breast 150 g
Egg 1
Butter 20 g
[A]
Koji Grain Miso 1 1/2 tbsp
Hot Water 1 1/2tbsp

How to Make

1 Cut the potatoes into large bite-sized pieces, arrange them on a heat-resistant flat plate, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water over them, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 1000W for 3 minutes. Boil the broccoli.
2 Mix [A] together.
3 Mix 1 tsp of [A] with eggs to make scrambled eggs.
4 When frying potatoes etc., add scrambled eggs and the remaining [A] and fry.
