Why Cold Brew?
Around the world, more and more tea lovers are discovering cold brew as a refreshing and premium way to enjoy tea.
Three Key Benefits
Cold Brew Tea
1. Smooth and Less Bitter
Cold brewing extracts less caffeine and tannins, which are more easily released at higher temperatures, resulting in a clean, smooth, and refreshing taste.
2. Naturally Sweet and Rich in Umami
As the tea components are slowly extracted over time, the natural sweetness and rich umami flavors become more pronounced.
3. Gentle on the Stomach
Because it contains fewer astringent compounds, cold brew tea is considered easier on the stomach and can be enjoyed comfortably throughout the day.
A Premium Way to Enjoy Japanese Tea
