Dashi pack recipes
Vegan Minestrone
Ingredients (3 servings)
1/2 Onion/50 g Celery/6 Cherry Tomatoes/100 g Boiled Chickpeas/2 tsp Olive Oil
[A] 50 g King Trumpet Mushrooms/100 g Broccoli[B] 1 packet Vegetable Stock/400 ml Water
- Heat olive oil and sauté the diced onion and celery.
- Fry the cherry tomatoes until all the water has evaporated, add the finely chopped [A] and [B] , bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with black pepper and enjoy!
Chicken meatball yummy salty soup
Ingredients (2servings)
[A250g Ground chicken thigh/Small amount Ginger/1 tbsp Cooking sake/1 tsp Potato starch/A pinch of pepper
1 packet Dashi stock /500ml Water/A pinch of salt/1 Shiitake mushroom/4 Green beans/1/2 stalk Chinese chives
- Make chicken meatballs with [A] ingredients.
- Boil water with soup stock packet and add chicken meatballs.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables and simmer.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add the salt, adjust the taste and it’s done.
Miso recipes
Clam Chowder
Ingredients (4servings)
1/2 Onion/ 1/2 Carrot/2 Potatoes/3 Slices of Bacon/150 g Frozen clams/40 g Corn/500 ml Water/500ml Milk/20 g Butter/2 tbsp Wheat Flour/4 tbsp Koji Grain Miso/1 tbsp Olive Oil/Parsley as needed/Salt as needed
- Fry the vegetables and bacon, add the butter and flour and fry further, then add water and simmer over low heat until soft.
- Add clams and corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add milk and dissolve the miso, add salt to taste, and simmer without bringing to a boil.
Lazy Miso Soup
Ingredients (one bowlful)
Your choice of ingredients (such as dried foods, tofu, or frozen vegetables—ingredients that don’t require thorough cooking are recommended): appropriate amount/1 tsp Umami dashi powder/1 and 1/2 tsp Miso powder/150 ml Hot water
Simply put all the ingredients and seasonings into a bowl, add hot water, and mix well. You can easily enjoy a quick miso soup. *Adjust the amount of seasoning to suit your preferred taste.

Ingredients (2 servings)
Chicken breast 100g *Coat with Potato Starch / Spinach 50g / Whole shiitake mushroom:1 / Salt small amount / Cooking sake small amount / Yuzu pepper 1/2 tsp
*The salt from the yuzu pepper makes it salty, so we recommend adding less salt.
