| Pork belly block | 150 g |
| Green tea | 250 cc |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| [A] Mirin | 1 tbsp |
| Sugar | 1/2 tsp |

How to Make
| 1 Boil the pork in water for 3 minutes, then drain. |
| 2 Simmer with green tea, and salt for 30 minutes. |
| 3 Warm ingredient group [A] in the microwave, pour over sliced pork, and serve. |
