Braised Pork with Green Tea
Ingredients
(2serving)
150g pork belly block
250cc green tea/
1/2 tsp salt
[A]1 tbs mirin/ 1/2 tsp sugar/1 tbs soy sauce
Method
- Boil the pork in water for 3 minutes, then drain.
- Simmer with green tea, and salt for 30 minutes.
- Warm ingredient group [A] in the microwave, pour over sliced pork, and serve.
