Braised Pork with Green Tea

Ingredients(2 servings)

Pork belly block 150 g
Green tea 250 cc
Salt 1/2 tsp
[A] Mirin 1 tbsp
      Sugar 1/2 tsp
      Soy sauce 1 tbs

How to Make

1 Boil the pork in water for 3 minutes, then drain.
2 Simmer with green tea, and salt for 30 minutes.
3 Warm ingredient group [A] in the microwave, pour over sliced pork, and serve.
