Broccoli Curry Soup

 

Ingredients(2 servings)

Head broccoli 1/2
Potato 1
Onion 1/4
Carrot 1/3
Sausages 2
Olive oil 2 tsp
[Seasonings]
Salt 1/4 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Chicken stock powder 1 tsp
Water 500 ml
Curry dashi stock 1 tbsp

How to make

1 Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces; soak potato in water. Cut sausages into thirds.
2 Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, then add potato and carrot and cook briefly.
3 Add seasonings and water, bring to a boil.Add sausages and broccoli, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes until potatoes are tender.

This recipe is easy to digest and gentle on the stomach.
