How to make
| 1 Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces; soak potato in water. Cut sausages into thirds. |
| 2 Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, then add potato and carrot and cook briefly. |
| 3 Add seasonings and water, bring to a boil.Add sausages and broccoli, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes until potatoes are tender. |
