| Frozen puff pastry | 1 sheet |
| Butter | 20 g |
| Sliced almonds | 50 g |
| 【A】 | |
| Granulated sugar | 15 g |
| Milk | 15 g |
| Honey | 20 g |
| Red miso powder | 1 tbsp |
How to Make
| 1 Preheat oven to 220°C(428°F). |
| 2 Prick the puff pastry and bake for 15–18 min; While still hot, carefully flatten the pastry. |
| 3 Turn down the oven to 180°C (356°F). |
| 4 Melt butter in a pot, add 【A】, and simmer until bubbly and thick. |
| 5 Stir in sliced almonds and cook until slightly sticky. |
| 6 Spread over the pastry and bake for 10–15 min. |
| 7 Cool completely and cut. |

Easy to make with store-bought puff pastry sheets.
