Matcha Cream Pasta

 

Ingredients(2 serving)

Spaghetti 200 g
Onion 1/4
Prosciutto 30 g
Milk 200 mL
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Butter 20 g
Matcha paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Granulated Consommé 1 tsp
A pinch of salt

How to Make

1 Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the onion until soft and pliant.
2 Reduce heat to low, add rice flour and stir fry until no longer powdery, then gradually add milk.
3 Add the consommé and matcha paste and once it thickens, add salt to taste.
4 Add boiled spaghetti and mix with sauce, then serve and top with prosciutto.
