| Spaghetti | 200 g |
| Onion | 1/4 |
| Prosciutto | 30 g |
| Milk | 200 mL |
| Rice flour | 1 tbsp |
| Butter | 20 g |
| Matcha paste | 1 1/2 tbsp |
| Granulated Consommé | 1 tsp |
| A pinch of salt |
How to Make
| 1 Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the onion until soft and pliant. |
| 2 Reduce heat to low, add rice flour and stir fry until no longer powdery, then gradually add milk. |
| 3 Add the consommé and matcha paste and once it thickens, add salt to taste. |
| 4 Add boiled spaghetti and mix with sauce, then serve and top with prosciutto. |
