This miso paste tastes just like the kind I get from the Asian grocery store in the nearby city—very authentic and full of flavor. I like to add one or two tablespoons to the noodle soup I make for my kids, and it really enhances the taste.

I've been trying to eat more fermented foods these days. It seems easy, but when I look back over most weeks, I still seem to be lacking. When I read about natto and saw this freeze-dried natto powder, it seemed like a great way to get what I want and an easy way to do it. In fact, this powder can go with anything. I've used it in my breakfast oatmeal mix and most recently in a nice cup of lentil soup. I'd read about the pungent taste of whole soybean natto, but that is not present in this powder. It has a nice, somewhat sweet, scent to my nose. I'm going to keep using it in different ways enjoy the health benefits.

These are absolutely delicious! They are so soft that they almost melt in your mouth. There is a generous layer of Matcha cream on the inside but not too much to be overpowering. They come in cute packaging, and each little pancake is individually wrapped. Easy to share or pack into a lunchbox without all the mess.
