As expected, Sakura flavour from petals with salted leaves like Sakura Mochi

This tastes exactly like the mixture of sakura-mochi's leave that is salted, and the delicate cherry blossom flower petals. So, if you didn't grow up with Sakura-mochi flavour, it will probably taste very subtle. If you have been to Japan in cherry blossom season (March-early April), you would enjoy this flavour and the early spring season, enjoy the spring zen moment. It probably requires delicate palate to enjoy this authentic Sakura flavour.(For example, Starbucks Japan makes Cherry Blossom drinks as seasonal offering but that often comes with strawberry in the ingredients for likely to display pink colour & flavour)

Subtle, gritty, fades, gels. Can all be tinkered with though.

The flavor is mild, not to say that’s a problem. Definitely something to be aware of however. The powder also seems to lose color when made into a tincture and gels when made into a syrup. Lemon or citric acid may help with the gelling, and refrigeration helps with color loss. It also doesn’t dissolve well so when i use it for mocktails or whatever, i strain with a tea strainer. There are definitely cheaper options though on amazon alone.
