Butterfly Pea Powder 30g
✅ Vivid Blue Natural Herb
Butterfly pea, a leguminous plant native to Asia, is easily recognized by its distinctive butterfly-shaped blue flowers. This vibrant bloom gives the plant its name and is cherished throughout Southeast Asia, including Laos, where it's a versatile ingredient. Enjoyed in herbal teas, refreshing carbonated drinks, and creative cocktails, butterfly pea also serves as a natural dye and even finds its way into cosmetics. The brilliant blue hue is often associated with happiness and positivity. Beyond being a natural food coloring and baking ingredient, this unique pea powder is a delightful way to impress guests or create a memorable gift for someone special.
✅ Magical Color-Changing Powder
The captivating blue color of butterfly pea powder is attributed to ternatin, a powerful anthocyanin compound. This natural pigment is increasingly popular with health-conscious and beauty-focused individuals. Experience the magic as the color transforms from blue to green, purple, or pink depending on the acidity of the ingredients it's mixed with. Unleash your creativity and enjoy the fun of making color-transforming treats and drinks!
✅ Grown Without Pesticides or Chemical Fertilizers
Our butterfly pea flowers are sourced from trusted farms in Southeast Asia, where they are cultivated under strict agricultural guidelines. We ensure that no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used during the growing process. The flowers are then carefully processed and finely powdered in Japan to preserve their quality. Nearly tasteless and odorless, this butterfly pea powder is incredibly versatile, making it ideal for herbal teas, lattes, and as a natural food coloring agent for baking and desserts.
✅ Stunning Blue Treats for the Table or Instagram
Elevate your culinary creations with this natural blue food coloring. Beyond tea, this pea powder can be incorporated into bread dough, cookies, jelly, or ice cream. For a sophisticated twist, try mixing it into chocolate to create a beautiful indigo shade. The fine powder dissolves easily in a small amount of water and blends seamlessly into whipped cream or batter, making it perfect for all your creative baking endeavors.
✅ Great for Colorful Drinks & Cocktails
Enjoy the soothing warmth of hot herbal tea in winter or a refreshing butterfly pea soda in summer. For a delightful treat, combine the pea powder with milk or soy milk to create a stunning butterfly pea latte. Ceremonial Grade Matcha
We carefully select the finest quality ceremonial matcha green tea from Uji, Kyoto—Japan's most renowned matcha-producing region. In collaboration with local tea masters, we source from a tea plantation that has been protected by tea farmers for over 350 years, dating back to the Genroku era. ✅ Grown Naturally with Care
Our tea leaves are grown without the use of pesticides and under full sunlight. After harvesting, they are carefully steamed, dried, and then stone-ground into fine powder without losing any flavor or nutrients. 100% JONA & JAS Organic Certified. No chemical fertilizers are used. ✅ Expertly Selected by Tea Masters
The tea master visually inspects and evaluates the aroma, flavor, and color of each batch by brewing a sample. The rich green hue of the tea leaves soaked in hot water is a key indicator of quality and will be the exact color of the final matcha powder. ✅ Blend of Two Premium Cultivars
We use a harmonious blend of two high-quality varietals: Saemidori and Okumidori. These cultivars are known for their vibrant green color and smooth, elegant sweetness. ✅ True Ceremonial Grade Matcha
This premium matcha has a deep, sweet aroma and full-bodied umami taste with almost no bitterness. It is perfect for traditional tea ceremonies and also for enjoying matcha in everyday life. ✅ A Legacy of Tea Ceremony
Chanoyu, the Japanese tea ceremony, has been practiced since the 16th century. Today, you can bring that serene and refined experience into your daily routine with authentic ceremonial matcha. ✅ Health Benefits of Matcha
Matcha is rich in antioxidants and bioactive compounds. Unlike regular green tea, matcha is consumed whole, allowing you to fully enjoy all its nutrients—including those not extracted by steeping in water. 🍵 Experience the timeless elegance of Kyoto’s finest ceremonial grade matcha.

Made with Nutrient-Rich Organic Matcha
This matcha represents only 4% of Japan's domestic production and is certified organic. Rich in theanine, protein, vitamins, and minerals, it delivers deep nourishment in every serving.
Thanks to the catechins in matcha, vitamin C remains stable and easier to absorb—making this tea not only delicious but also highly functional for beauty and health.
Supports Daily Wellness with Catechins & Vitamin C
Unlike loose-leaf teas where catechins are left behind in the leaves, powdered matcha lets you ingest 100% of the nutrients. Theanine promotes calm and focus, while vitamin C supports vibrant skin and overall health. Ideal for the modern, wellness-focused lifestyle.
Certified Organic by JAS
JONA and Organic JAS certified (by Hyogo Organic Agriculture Society – HOAS), this matcha meets the highest safety and sustainability standards. Enjoy it with confidence in lattes, sweets, or as a premium matcha drink.
Perfect Gift for Health-Conscious Loved Ones
Free of additives and pesticides, our premium matcha is cultivated with care, shaded from direct sunlight using traditional straw and reed covers. Once harvested, the young leaves are steamed, dried, and stone-ground into ultra-fine powder.
Higher-grade matcha tends to be smoother, less bitter, and more elegant in taste. Its whole-leaf form also makes it a healthy drink option, gaining popularity as a natural superfood beverage.
* For those seeking full-body nutrition and flavor, organic matcha is the best choice.

Generally speaking, when it comes to making this kind of pure juice product, mainly there are three methods to squeeze a fruit. One is melting the peel with chemicals, and then squeeze the rest. The other is squeezing the whole part with its outer peel & inner peel by hand or machine. Another is squeezing only with the inner peel after removing the outer peel by hand. To say nothing of the first method, the second & third methods have also the disadvantage. By squeezing with peel, an astringent and oily substances coming from peel are also mixed up in the juice. This product is exceptional. By using originally invented machine, only the part of pulp is squeezed. This method enables only the pure & distinctive flavor of the pulp to be extracted. Compare, taste the difference. ?1. Put in the refrigerator after opening ?2. Because this is 100% pure fruit juice and is not added any chemicals, it is easy to solidify around the top surface. That is no problem for the quality at all, and shake softly to use.
