Premium Japanese Sencha Tea
✅ Sencha Loose Leaf Tea
The most popular Japanese green tea worldwide—accounting for about 80% of all tea produced in Japan. This sencha is a blend of first-harvest and second-harvest leaves. There are no fixed cultivars; instead, expert tea artisans evaluate the quality of the tea leaves each year to ensure the best blend. Lightly steamed, sencha is enjoyed daily in Japan for its refreshing taste and is easy to brew to suit your personal preference. ✅ Fukamushi Sencha (Deep-Steamed)
Unlike regular sencha, which is steamed for 30–40 seconds, Fukamushi Sencha is steamed twice as long—about 60–80 seconds. This process reduces bitterness and breaks down the leaves into finer particles, resulting in a vibrant green color and a mellow, full-bodied taste. Easy to extract, it's perfect for both hot brew and refreshing cold brew (iced tea). ✅ Hot Brew & Cold Brew
Sencha is versatile—enjoy it hot or cold. Hot brewing brings out the full health benefits of sencha and provides gentle stimulation to keep you energized. Cold brew (Mizudashi) is popular in summer, offering a smoother, more delicate taste that’s deeply refreshing. ✅ A Pure, Natural, Healthy Drink
Japanese green tea is crafted through a simple yet refined process that highlights the tea leaves’ natural aroma and flavor. Rich in nutrients and antioxidants, it is gaining global attention as a healthy beverage that supports daily wellness. 🌿 A timeless tradition in every sip. Taste the elegance of authentic Japanese green tea.
Tradition & Taste from Kyoto
